Although all fees are be paid in advance at the time of booking (“Fees”), should a Guest look to cancel their booking, please carefully read our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

– THE ONLY WAY TO ENSURE A FULL OR PARTIAL REFUND IN CASE OF CANCELLATION IS BY PURCHASING THIRD PARTY TRAVEL COVERAGE OR TRAVEL INSURANCE.  Usually this can be purchased after you secure your booking with Husna Vacations (Husna LLC).

Should a Guest cancel at anytime they must refer to their third party coverage to obtain a refund.

Similarly please note, no refunds are issued for early returns or room type changes after guests have checked in.

 Please note, Husna, LLC does not work with any insurance carrier. Guests are to speak directly with their travel insurance company on their specific policies and coverages.

A Few Points To Keep In Mind

Age Requirements

All ages are assessed at the time of travel, not the time of booking. All guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (18 years of age or older).

Room Occupancy

Room occupancy is based on the total number of guests assigned to one room. Two guests sharing one room is referred to as Double Occupancy. Three guests sharing one room is referred to as Triple Occupancy. One guest in a room is referred to as Single Occupancy.

Required Documents

For residents of the US and Canada, official information can be found on the US and Canadian Department of State website for passport and travel requirements. As of January 23, 2007, valid passports are required for all air and sea travel to or from The DOMINICAN REPUBLIC. These and other requirements are based on the travelers originating country, so please refer to the travel policies and requirements based on your country of residence. A valid passport is required for all guests of Breezes Bahamas at time of check-in for age verification.

Travelers with Disabilities

Should you require accessible accommodations for a physical disability, please contact our reservation specialists to discuss your needs. Some guest rooms and facilities at NICKELODEON PUNTA CANA can accommodate wheelchairs. We are unable to confirm or guarantee accessibility
accommodations from airlines, airports or other transportation providers. Please contact those entities directly for arrangements.

 

COVID RELEASE

Assumption of the Risk and Waiver of Liability Relating to Coronavirus/COVID-19

As we all know, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization, and is still an extremely contagious virus that spreads from person-to-person contact. As a result, federal, state, and local governments and federal and state health agencies recommend social distancing and have, in many locations, prohibited the congregation of groups of people. Although Husna, LLC is not requiring proof of vaccination, it is encouraged for all guests to consider such. Husna, LLC cannot guarantee that the safety of you or guests from COVID-19. By signing this agreement, you acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that you or your guests may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending this event and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. You understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 or any other illness on this trip may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of others, including, but not limited to, venue employees and vendors, volunteers, and program participants and their families. You voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to you or your guests (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that you or your guests may experience or incur in connection with this trip.

On your behalf, and on the behalf of your guests, you hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Husna, LLC, and its corporate representatives, members, officers, directors, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. You understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of the venue, employees, vendors, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in your event.

You fully understand and acknowledge that Husna, LLC will not be held liable for checking temperatures or patroling guest conduct as related to COVID-19 (ie. staying six feet apart, washing hands, etc.). We require and encourage all guests to continue to maintain and comply with all CDC requirements; however, Husna, LLC is not enforcing any such policies.

I, the client, take full responsibility of myself and our guests and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this waiver. I agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

GENERAL RELEASE & WAIVER

HUSNA, LLC EXPERIENCES: GUEST RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY

In order to participate in an Experience, Husna, LLC requires you to accept this Guest Release and Waiver, which is effective between you and Husna, LLC at 11:59p.m. of the night before your departure date. For purposes of this Release and Waiver, “Experience” is defined as the destination trip you are participating in as part of your travel arrangement.

You represent that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are bringing a minor as a guest, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the supervision of that minor throughout the duration of your Experience, and have read this Guest Release and Waiver and agree to it on the minor’s behalf. If you are booking an Experience on behalf of other Guests, you will ensure, and you represent and warrant, that each Guest on whose behalf you book has read and agreed to this Guest Release and Waiver, which shall apply to each of them as if the reference to “you” was a reference to him/her.

Assumption of Risks

You understand and acknowledge that the Experience(s) you sign up to do may be hazardous and may carry the risk of injury or illness, including sickness, physical injury, property damage, disability, permanent paralysis, and death.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, YOU KNOWINGLY, VOLUNTARILY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL RISKS, BOTH KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, OF PARTICIPATING IN EACH EXPERIENCE, INCLUDING EACH EXPERIENCE IN YOUR IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCE, EVEN IF THOSE RISKS ARISE FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OR CARELESSNESS OF OTHERS, OR DEFECTS IN THE EQUIPMENT, PREMISES, OR FACILITIES USED DURING THE EXPERIENCE, OR OTHERWISE, AND YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE EXPERIENCE.

Release and Waiver

You acknowledge and agree that:
• You have reasonably assessed the risks involved in the Experience(s) and have made an informed and voluntary decision to participate.
• You alone, and not Husna, LLC, or any of its members, directors, staff, officers, etc., are responsible for determining your fitness for participating in the Experience(s) and your ability to fully understand any directions or warnings presented.
• You will not participate in any Experience(s) and/or trip when you have a physical, medical, or mental limitation or disability, or when you are aware or should reasonably be aware of any factors that may limit or prevent you from safely participating in that Experience(s) and/or trip.
• You will act reasonably and responsibly and will comply with any provided and customary conditions, directions, and/or precautions for participation in the Experience(s) and/or trip. If you notice any hazard during an Experience, you will stop participating in the Experience immediately.
• You are responsible and liable for your own acts and omissions and are also responsible for the acts and omissions of anyone you invite to the Experience. If you are booking for an additional guest who is a minor or if you bring a minor to the Experience, you must be legally authorized to act on behalf of the minor and you are solely responsible for the supervision of that minor.
• You acknowledge that many activities carry inherent risks and agree that, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you assume the entire risk arising out of your access to and use of any such activities and participation in any Experience. This means it is your responsibility to investigate all activities you, or your guests intend to participate in to determine whether it is suitable for you. Participating in activities may carry risk of illness, bodily injury, disability, or death, and you freely and willfully assume those risks by choosing to participate in such activities.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU RELEASE AND PROMISE NOT TO SUE HUSNA, LLC FOR ANY CLAIMS, DEMANDS, CAUSES OF ACTION, LOSSES (WHETHER ECONOMIC OR NON-ECONOMIC), DAMAGES, EXPENSES, COSTS OR LIABILITY OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR EXPERIENCE(S) AND/OR TRIP, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), PRODUCT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

You intend this Guest Release and Waiver to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law. You agree that if any portion of this Waiver and Release is held to be invalid, the balance notwithstanding shall continue in full force and effect.
Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HUSNA, LLC PROVIDES THE EXPERIENCE(S) AND/OR TRIP “AS IS,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HUSNA, LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES OF SAFETY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND AS TO THE ADEQUACY OF THE DIRECTIONS AND WARNINGS PROVIDED TO YOU.

Indemnification

You agree that if, despite this Guest Release and Waiver, you or anyone on your behalf make a claim against the Husna, LLC relating to an Experience and/or trip, you will indemnify and hold Husna, LLC harmless from any liability, demand, loss, damage, or costs which the Husna, LLC may incur as the result of such claim.

You affirm that you HAVE READ THIS GUEST RELEASE AND WAIVER AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THE ASSUMPTION OF RISK, RELEASE, WAIVER, AND CONSENT CONTAINED IN IT. YOU FURTHER UNDERSTAND THAT YOU HAVE GIVEN UP RIGHTS BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, AND HAVE DONE SO FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY AND WITHOUT INDUCEMENT.

SOCIAL CONDUCT POLICY

Husna, LLC takes great pride in providing our Guests with a family environment. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our Guests, and to observe the Islamic principles and values it is important and required for all our Guests to respect the following rules:
• Smoking marijuana or other illegal substances is strictly prohibited at any time.
• Drinking alcohol is not permitted at any time, anywhere on the resort.
• Hanging any clothing, towels, bedding or other similar items over or on balconies is not permissible.
• Throwing or placing any items outside of the rooms is prohibited.
• No littering
• Wrist bands must be worn at all times
• Proper attire, in accordance with Islamic guidelines, is required at all times. Husna, LLC reserves the right to remove any person wearing attire that we consider inappropriate or attire that could detract from the experience of other Guests (at our discretion). Such inappropriate attire includes, but is not limited to the following:


– Sisters are prohibited from wearing any two-piece bikinis or one-piece non-Islamic swimsuits.  This also includes, shorts, mini skirts/short skirts,  open tops/tank tops, open backs  etc.. Long dresses are ok.

– Brothers must always wear, at minimum, a tank-top and appropriate length shorts. Speedos are prohibited.
• Respectful behavior towards other Guests and resort staff is expected and required at all times. Please show common courtesy to your fellow Guests by not using any profanity, or partaking in any unsafe, illegal or offensive behavior, including, but not limited to physical or verbal abuse, or acts that can cause discomfort to other Guests.

Please note, our behavior is a reflection of our faith. Alhumdulillah, we have received positive feedback from our previous trips and have even, through the acts of our Guests, had staff at visited resorts find their path to Islam, Alhumdulillah. This blessing can only be achieved by our actions and adherence to the Islamic principles.

  • Please allow our special guests/guest speakers to enjoy their trip with their family without disruption and constant interaction. Please be respectful of their time with their families.
    • Please be respectful of our Guests’ privacy; no Guest shall take a picture or video, or post such picture or video, of another Guest without their consent.
    • Respect the environment and all animals. Feeding, petting, touching, harassing or harming any wildlife, including birds, sea turtles, is strictly prohibited.

GENERAL POLICY

Please note:

  • Husna, LLC may photograph, film, videotape, record or reproduce images and/or voices of any Guest and use the same for any purpose without payment to any Guest.
    • Husna, LLC reserves the right to require any Guest to leave or prevent from participating in any Husna, LLC activities, without refund, liability or compensation of any kind, for failure to comply with any of the rules, for unsafe, illegal or offensive behavior, to ensure safety, security of others, or if Husna, LLC considers that the circumstances so require, in our sole discretion.

Husna Villas
Refund & Cancellation Policy

Should a Guest look to cancel their booking, please carefully read our Refund & Cancellation Policy:
– Guests are required to make a 50% non-refundable deposit (“Deposit”) at time of booking;
– Guests are to pay the remaining 50% (“Final Payment”) at least two (2) months prior to their departure date. Should this amount not be paid by said deadline, Husna, LLC reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the entire Deposit.
– Should a Guest cancel at least thirty (30) days prior to their departure date, they are entitled to a refund of the Final Payment.
– If a Guest wishes to cancel within thirty (30) days of their departure date, Guest acknowledges and understands no refunds will be issued, and Husna, LLC reserves the right to retain the entire Deposit and Final Payment. Please note, no refunds are issued for early returns.
Guests wishing to protect their Deposit or Final Payment may inquire into purchasing separate travel insurance from a third-party insurance agent (not affiliated with Husna, LLC). Please note, Husna, LLC does not work with any insurance carrier. Guests are to speak directly with their travel insurance company on their specific policies and coverages.

 

 

ADDITIONAL POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

PASSPORTS AND VISAS

Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months beyond the dates of travel. Some countries require a full blank page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided pertains to US and Canadian citizens only. Other citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements.

TRAVEL PROTECTION

We recommend Travel Protection that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expenses and more. Please contact your local Insurance Provider for more details. When booking your trip with a credit card; some credit card companies offer Travel Insurance, please check with them.

CHILDREN

All children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Most hotels do not permit children under 18 to occupy a room without an adult. Accompanying adults are responsible for the safety of their children including to provide any necessary safety equipment (such as infant/child seats) where appropriate. If a person under the age of 18 years will be travelling with an adult other than his/her parents, or with only one parent, a notarized letter written by the parents, or non-travelling parent, granting authorization to travel, including the dates of travel should be carried.

REFUNDS

Refunds are processed to the credit card(s) originally used for payment, up to the total amount paid, with any remaining balance paid by US Dollar check.

CANCELLATION

Once a partial or full payment has been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Submit your cancellation to “info@husna.com” in the Contact Us page. If you do not receive an acknowledgment within 48 hours, call anytime to ensure your information was received. Cancellation terms will be applied based on the date that the written cancellation is received and based on the following dates prior to departure/event dates.

SPECIAL EVENTS & PRODUCTS

Deposit, Final Payment, and Cancellation penalties may differ for special events, some customized groups including group tours, land and ocean excursions, will be advised at time of booking on your invoice.

RESERVATION CHANGES

Changes to an existing reservation up to the Final Payment Date, whatever the cause, will incur a $50 – $100 per person change fee. This includes name changes and removal of any services such as optional tours and transfers. Please note that name changes to airline reservations are subject to full cancellation and rebooking after the 45 days before departure/event date. Replacing a traveling passenger with another traveling passenger constitutes a cancellation, subject to cancellation penalties. Changes or additions after departure are subject to local rates at the time of amendment and must be paid directly by the passenger to the service provider. There are no refunds for unused services.

TRAVELLERS WITH DISABILITIES

In order to fully enjoy the Husna Experience Vacation. Guests requiring any form of assistance, including travelers with physical disabilities, sight, hearing or mobility impairments, are required to notify us prior to reservation. In order to participate in escorted tours, land and sea excursions, guests must be able to understand and follow instructions given by the Tour Director at all times, both for the successful operation of the tour/excursion as well as for their personal safety. Some Escorted tours and excursions are fast-paced, often requiring lengthy walks or long rides on buses, boats etc. In the interests of group harmony, clients should be able to maintain the pace of the tour or excursion. Clients with special needs may be better served independently. Husna can suggest touring options, activities and excursions based upon specific requirements.

WHEELCHAIRS & WALKERS

Husna seeks to accommodate disabled travelers to the extent possible and consistent with the specific tour itinerary. Nevertheless, you may find that certain tour features may not be accessible to the extent that you require a wheelchair, scooter, or other special equipment to participate. We regret that some itineraries cannot accommodate wheelchairs or motorized scooters. Passengers are required to advise us of their accessibility requirements prior to booking in order to determine if reasonable accommodations are available. We will do our best to accommodate special access needs, but can’t guarantee that we will be able to do so in all cases.

INTERNATIONAL VACATIONS

Hotels, transportation providers, tours, excursions outside of North America are not required to comply with special needs requirements and therefore may not have ramps, wide entryways or elevators/lifts to accommodate disabled passengers or devices such as wheelchairs, walkers and motorized scooters. Due to physical constraints and space limitations, wheelchairs, walkers and motorized scooters may not be taken aboard some forms of transportation.

SERVICE ANIMALS

Service animals cannot be accommodated on international tours. Passengers who require a service dog because of a disability should check with Husna prior to booking their vacation.

AIRLINE SCHEDULE CHANGES

 Husna is not responsible for schedule changes including, when applicable, changes in routing and/or the number of stops in the itinerary. Husna  is unable to provide compensation for schedule changes, seat assignment modifications, or cancellations implemented by an airline.

AIRLINE BAGGAGE

Checked bags are typically limited to a total dimension of 62 inches by adding length + width + height (example: 26″+26″+10″ = 62”), and a maximum weight of 50 lbs (23kg) For specific requirements of your airline and for a complete list of fees, please visit airline carrier websites. Many airlines apply charges for checked bags. However, for some airlines, other airfare categories also do include checked baggage. This will be clearly displayed in our airfare selection and on your invoice. Husna / Falcon Travel is not responsible for checked bag fees, excess luggage or weight charges levied by an airline. Checked baggage allowances displayed on reservation details and invoices reflect the applicable allowance at the time of booking but are subject to change by your airline(s). If your luggage is lost or damaged by the airlines, a baggage claim form MUST be filed with the carrier before leaving the airport.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

All rooms are standard double beds or king beds. Special requests such as bed types, connecting rooms are subject to availability. Hotel check-in time is generally not before 4:00 p.m. and check-out time are prior to noon. Please be sure that adequate arrangements for accommodations have been taken into consideration when a late-night flight is being used. Single roll away beds are available at no extra cost. 

TRANSFERS

 Husna or the transfer company will not be responsible for flight delays, for any reason, beyond one hour from your originally scheduled arrival time. In case of a delay, whether due to a flight delay, immigration and customs, or time spent reporting baggage damage or loss, it will be your responsibility to make other transfer arrangements such as a taxi. Transfer costs are not refundable and any additional expenses will be your responsibility. Private hires provide you with a full welcome service, transfer you to the correct location and are prepared to answer your questions along your ride. Passengers comfortable hiring a taxi on their own and do not require assistance will save money. Private hires do cost more than a taxi however the peace of mind is significant with customized meet and great and no-hassle service. Please contact us if you require a private transfer to the resort.

SIGHTSEEING & ITINERARY

Escorted tours are operated by motor-vehicle, its size dictated by the number of participants. Our tours have been designed to accommodate individuals as well as groups. The number of participants may vary during the tour. Times listed in itineraries are approximate and meant only as guidelines. Some itineraries may have early morning start times for sightseeing in order to complete the touring during daylight hours or avoid afternoon heat in tropical climates. It is your responsibility to arrive on time for all tours and excursions. Arriving late may be considered a “no-show”, in which case you will not be eligible for a refund for the unused service(s). We cannot guarantee the number of passengers who will be on any given tour. You may find that you are traveling with a sizeable group or only with your own companions. Services, however, will remain constant no matter the number of tour participants. Occasionally, during holidays and certain periods, and/or due to unforeseen circumstances including weather conditions there may be last-minute changes, sometimes after arrival, affecting the sequence of the tour, locations visited. Husna itineraries may contain suggestions for activities for your leisure time; these suggestions do not constitute an endorsement of any specific service provider and the decision to participate in any such activities should be made independently and with due consideration.

ENGLISH LANGUAGE

Escorted tours are conducted in English only and all Tour Managers, local guides and hosts speak English. All commentary and instructions will be provided in English only. For maximum enjoyment and understanding, you should be able to understand, read and speak English.

CAR RENTALS

Husna or its partners is not responsible for the services and policies imposed by car rental companies. It is important to review the details of your rental agreement provided locally. Car rental companies typically require drivers to provide a valid license, major credit card and meet a minimum age requirement. Additional fees may apply for changes in rental length, drop off location, additional drivers and optional additional insurance coverages. Passengers are responsible to become familiar with local traffic laws and road signs. Husna is not responsible for any expenses, fines or administrative fees for traffic violations, damage to the vehicle, theft of items inside the vehicle or of the vehicle itself.

OPTIONAL SIGHTSEEING TOURS, PROGRAMS AND EXCURSIONS

A limited selection of optional sightseeing tours is available for purchase at any time until one week prior to departure. Those associated with escorted and guided programs will be available for purchase locally based upon availability. Some optional tours require a minimum number of participants and may not be operated. Optional tours and excursions are subject to standard cancellation terms including being fully non-refundable once a trip/excursion has commenced.

GROUP HARMONY

To ensure the desired group synergy, Husna reserves the right to accept, reject or expel any individual who is deemed disruptive or incompatible with the interests of the group, including, but not limited to, individuals who are intoxicated and/or under the influence of drugs leading to a negative experience for the remainder of the group. Expenses, including cancellation fees and/or costs for alternate travel plans or to return home, will necessarily be borne by the passenger. All unused services are non-refundable.

DRESS CODE AND GENDER EQUALITY:

This is a family retreat with ample family provisions. However, there will be some designated beach areas, pool timings, and other activities for sisters only. If I am a male/female, I agree to respect and not violate the designated areas and timings by entering into these areas or through any other action. As a male or female, I agree to always maintain an appropriate and modest dress code

MEDICAL SERVICES

Most vacation properties have medical services, should extra medical attention be required, local services will be contacted upon the guest’s request. Resulting charges will be the responsibility of the passenger. Husna is not responsible for the services provided.

HEALTH REQUIREMENTS:

Check with your healthcare provider for up-to-date requirements. You may also check the Centers for Disease Control (www.cdc.gov). Required inoculations, if any, must be recorded by clients’ health practitioner on a valid vaccination certificate which the client must carry for proof of inoculation where required. Individuals with heart disease, chronic illness, physical handicap, advanced pregnancy, or mental illness should not participate in travel vacation programs unless deemed fit by their healthcare provider. Any person who arrives at the destination ill with an apparent illness or becomes ill during the vacation will be removed from the group and directed to a local medical facility for diagnosis. Only upon written clearance by an accredited medical facility that the guest is able to participate in the remaining activities of the vacation will that individual be allowed to resume group interaction. All costs associated with medical treatment and related expenses such as additional hotel nights or transportation not included in the original itinerary will necessarily be borne by the guest. Travel protection plans will only consider coverage with documentation and receipts for services provided by legally qualified health-care facilities.

WEAPONS

Are not permitted on any vacation/tour/excursion including, but not limited to, firearms, knives, mace, brass knuckles, and other weapons of any type.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

All customer service issues must be submitted in writing. Please notify us within 15 days following your return. There will be no refunds for unused package tour services or features, including missed transfers due to airline changes and/or missed flights, unused meals, missed sightseeing tours, unused entrance fees, excursions, and accommodations. Complaints regarding a hotel’s standards or amenities should be addressed directly with the hotel’s management, however, Husna would also like to know of your concerns. Refunds are not normally considered by hotels if they were not given an opportunity to address those complaints locally.

PASSENGER AGREEMENT

All passengers are required to complete a Passenger Agreement when registering prior to travel. Husna reserves the right to cancel bookings and return deposits /payments without a completed Passenger Agreement.

RELEASE FROM LIABILITY

Husna Inc. and Husna LLC , its shareholders, directors, officers, employees and affiliates, does not own or operate any entity which is to or does provide goods or services for your trip including, for example, ownership or control over hotels or other lodging facilities, airline, vessel, bus, van or other transportation companies, local ground operators, providers or organizers of optional excursions or equipment used thereon, food service or entertainment providers, etc. All such persons and entities are independent contractors. Independent contractors may utilize the Husna logo on signage or uniforms solely for identification purposes which do not signify Husna ownership, management or control. As a result, Husna is not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any such person or entity, or of any other third party. Without limitation, Husna is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property, death, delay or inconvenience in connection with the provision of any goods or services occasioned by or resulting from, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of government, force majeure, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, or the threat thereof, overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, structural or other defective conditions in hotels or other lodging facilities, mechanical or other failure of airplanes or other means of transportation or for any failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart timely or safely, diseases and dangers associated with or bites from animals, pests or insects, marine life or vegetation of any sort, dangers incident to recreational activities such as swimming, kayaking, sailing, para sailing, jet skiing, hiking, walking, bicycling, etc., sanitation problems, food poisoning, lack of access to or quality of medical care, difficulty in evacuation in case of a medical or other emergency, illness, epidemics or the threat thereof or for any other cause beyond the direct control of Husna Inc. and Husna LLC . In addition, I release Husna from its own negligence and assume all risk thereof.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I am aware that travel such as that I am undertaking involves hazardous activities, with a risk of illness, injury or death which may be caused by forces of nature, animals, insects or flora, the negligence of Husna, or other persons and companies known or unknown, or of willful or criminal conduct of third parties. I am aware that weather conditions may be severe, adverse and/or unpleasant. I am also aware that medical services or facilities may not be readily available or accessible during some or all of the time during which I am participating on the trip. In order to partake of the enjoyment and excitement of this trip I am willing to accept the risks and uncertainty involved as being an integral part of my adventure. I hereby accept and assume full responsibility for any and all risks of illness, injury or death and of the negligence of Husna and agree to hold harmless and release Husna Inc. and Husna LLC from claims of third-party negligence.

I understand the physical requirements of the activity in which I will be participating, and I currently have no known physical, medical or mental condition which would impair my ability to participate in this tour or my safety in this activity, and I am willing to assume all risks that may be created, directly or indirectly, by any such condition. I hereby authorize Husna or my associates or others to arrange for any emergency medical treatment and hospitalization as may be necessary for me because of participation in this activity without my further consent.

VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION

I acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied to participate in the trip designated on this application (or a trip which I may change to) and that I have read the description of the trip as it appears in the email, current supplements or brochures or website relating to the trip, together with all information contained in this application. I am voluntarily participating in this trip with knowledge of the hazards involved.

PHOTOGRAPHIC RELEASE – PICTURES / VIDEOS

Husna may take photographs or video of its trips and trip participants grant Husna permission to do so and for it to use same for promotional or commercial use without payment of any compensation to the participant. Any guests/participants who do not want their images/pictures published may contact us by email. Guests are also not permitted to taking pictures of other guests and posting on social media and other platforms. Permission must be taken in order to photograph / video other guests
